Tournament format
28 teams tournament consists of qualification and final round

Qualification round
Dresdner System; 28 registered teams are placed in a circular list. Each team plays 6 games against the 3 nearest teams clockwise and counter-clockwise on the list. In the end all 28 teams are ranked by their total points : 3 points for win / 1 point for draw. Teams get even points are ranked by their goal difference.

Final round
Top 8 teams from qualification round go through final round which is a knock out single elimination tournament. There is no loser’s bracket nor small final.
